Description: Our Numurkah Ladies of the Lake have been formed since February this year. A visit from the Barooga Ladies prompted some of the Numurkah ladies to start their own chapter. There is obviously a need as there are 36 members on the list. All very busy ladies who also like to visit other gatherings throughout the state. We meet on the last Monday of the month and have morning tea most times but occasionally we enjoy lunch, especially if we need to travel to the venue. We often meet up with other ladies from around the area and we have been know to sing a few songs at our get togethers.
We recently joined other chapters at Tocumwal for a BIGGEST BREAKFAST. 18 ladies from Shepparton, Cobram, Kyabram, Numurkah, Wunghnu, Finley Numurkah and Barooga came together and enjoyed the food, company and weather. It’s always great to catch up with other chapters.

Description: CENTRAL GOLDFIELDS RHS known as ‘Gorgeous Goldfield Gals’ is an OPEN chapter, and we meet every third THURSDAY of the month including January at our home base at the very relaxing and welcoming restaurant ‘Ripples on the Res’ starting at 11.30 am. I have encouraged all the members to join RHS in USA and we have a few nominated positions. We have the Cute Coin Collector (finance) who collects $15.00 per person per annum to assist with insurance payments/birthday presents and cards.
One of the things that I have been keen to introduce is the idea of just letting me that you are coming to an event as there is no need to put an apology in as we are ALL VERY BUSY women. It is beginning to work quite well too. We have outings (hoots) and we will be celebrating our 2nd birthday in June of this year. The only time we fund-raise is at Christmas where we ask the Members to donate a purple note and last Christmas we gave a donation to the Maryborough Hospital Palliative Care unit, otherwise, we just attend events that the members might think that we will enjoy. Things like ‘bubbles and Bling’ evening, historic train trip from Maryborough to Dunolly (a short trip of 20 kms) where we shall have lunch and return. Outings to movies/ matinees, trips to Melbourne etc.

Diva Queen Dianne of Decorum celebrates her 10 years as a Queen
The last weekend in September saw over 60 Red Hat Ladies attend a celebration TALK LIKE A PIRATE lunch at the beautiful Hovell (Hume and Hovell) Tree Inn at Albury. The occasion was the 10th Anniversary as a Queen, for Diva Queen Dianne of Decorum. The assistance from this Venue was definitely part of the success of the day.
10 years ago, the closest Chapters to Albury were in Canberra and Melbourne, a bit too far to join in their fun, so Dianne started a Chapter in Albury, calling it The Purple Power Surge Girls. Four years ago she handed over her Queenly reins with this Chapter and started another Chapter, calling this one The Delectable Divas of Distinction.
